Eligibility and Restricted Territories

You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum legal age applicable in your jurisdiction, to register with us. We do not permit registration or use of our services by residents of Aruba, Bonaire, Bulgaria, Comoros, Curacao, Cyprus, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Myanmar, North Korea, Saba, Singapore, St Maarten, Statia, the U.S.A. or its dependencies, and Ukraine. We may also refuse customers from any other country at our sole discretion.

• We treat the use of a VPN, proxy or any similar location-masking service as fraudulent activity, resulting in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• We do not allow employees or former employees of our service providers, affiliated persons, or their family members to register an account.
• Any violation of these eligibility rules results in permanent account closure, forfeiture of winnings and return of the deposited amount only.

Account Registration and Verification

Deposits and Currencies

Withdrawals

A maximum of €5,000, or the account-currency equivalent, may be withdrawn within any 7-day period unless we agree to a higher amount. Wins above €50,000 may be paid in monthly instalments capped at €50,000, though all progressive jackpot wins are paid in full. Only one pending withdrawal request is permitted at a time, and you cannot withdraw more than your account balance.

• A deposit must be wagered at least once before a betplays withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Bonus funds and money stuck in an aborted game cannot be withdrawn.
• All transactions are reviewed to prevent money laundering.
• We process withdrawal requests within 5 banking days, though delays may occur due to payment channels, additional checks or public holidays.

If we suspect participation in fixed or manipulated events, we may suspend the account for up to 180 days pending investigation, during which no withdrawals or transactions are permitted. A confirmed finding results in permanent closure and confiscation of associated winnings.

Bonuses and Promotions
